- The promoter is: Johnson & Johnson Middle East Inc. whose registered office is at Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Academic Medical Centre, Building 14, Level 7, Dubai Healthcare City, PO Box 505080, Dubai , United Arab Emirates.
- The competition is open to residents of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman) aged 18 years or over except employees of Johnson & Johnson Middle East Inc. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the Promoter or its work partners or service providers.
- There is no entry fee.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
For which entry pool the entrant wants to apply: The entrant (i) Purchase a pack of 1-DAY ACUVUE® MOIST, (ii) Take a picture of the purchased pack (iii) Post it on Instagram or Facebook and tag @acuvuearabia. Entrants must follow all 3 steps to enter that competition entry pool. Any applications without following forementioned 3 steps will be disqualified. Entrants may not apply with more than one entry.
- There will be 3 winners announced between 10.05.2021 and 28.05.2021.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The prize is as follows:
Annual supply of 1-DAY ACUVUE® MOIST.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner(s) will be chosen at random by software from all complete entries via Instagram or Facebook for every entry pool. The winners will be announced on “Instagram and Facebook Stories” of @AcuvueArabia. The winner will be notified by DM on the entrants Instagram or Facebook account and will be announced on every Friday of the related entry pool. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, epidemics, order of authorities, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. Johnson & Johnson Middle East Inc. also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The promoter will notify the winner(s) when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. Prizes cannot be transferred to anyone other than the winners and / or cannot be converted into cash.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Participants who do not abide by the rules are not eligible for an award even if they win a prize.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her username in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Facebook or any other social network.
